A ground-floor villa where the day unfolds slowly, from breakfast on the veranda to coming back from the sea. Designed for those travelling as a family and looking for their own space, the Sea Villa for 4 people spreads its 60 sqm across the ground floor, with the convenience of coming and going without stairs. It is the right size for four people who want to feel at home, with the veranda overlooking the hillside ready to welcome the finest moments of the day. THE INTERIOR SPACES The living room with kitchenette is the heart of the villa: there you will find the double sofa bed and the space to cook and gather at the end of the day. The double bedroom looks after your rest, while the bathroom with bidet and shower or bathtub completes the accommodation. The microwave, the toaster and the kettle make daily life easier, together with the air conditioning that keeps even the hottest summer hours cool. YOUR OUTDOOR CORNER The furnished veranda, on the ground floor, is the natural extension of the living room: an outdoor corner where you can have a leisurely breakfast, read in the shade of the sun umbrella provided or gather the family after the sea. It is the space where the holiday finds its own pace, far from any rush. FACILITIES AND EXCLUSIVE SERVICES The villa has a washing machine and a TV, while an iron and a barbecue are available on request for those who like to organise themselves independently. The car park, unattended, lets you keep the car within easy reach, handy for getting to the beaches and the town of Stintino. WHY CHOOSE THE SEA VILLA FOR 4 PEOPLE Because it offers a family of four a cosy and independent space, with the easy access of the ground floor and a veranda to make the most of. Here you rediscover your own pace, the freshness of the air conditioning and the freedom of a home by the sea: spaces of your own, quiet and the day you choose for yourself. A ground-floor villa, a veranda to enjoy and the sea of Stintino within reach.

We had a fantastic house with amazing views of the sea from terrace. Good interior with classic touch. Kitchen with necessary amenities. A shared pool. Private parking. Excellent value for money. With very less reviews, I was hesitant to book, but it was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend.

Beautifull surounding, house from outside, garden and a pool. Inside of house would use a little renovation, especially bathroom.

Příjemné komfortní ubytování ,
Že byl bazén sdílený s dalším ubytováním,ale to byla asi moje chyba ,myslela jsem si,že bude jen pro nás .
