This high-quality loft is located in the centre of Düsseldorf.
The flat is very modern and exclusively furnished, the loft is located behind the main building. The flat is very quiet and very discreet. Two large bedrooms are furnished with very high-quality box-spring beds, each room has its own TV with all streaming channels. The living room is very large and spacious with high ceilings and ceiling windows that give the loft a gallery character. There is a very large living area and a large sofa bed as well as a large conference table with six chairs. In the large kitchen there is a fitted kitchen from an exclusive German kitchen brand and a large side-by-side fridge with ice cubes. There is also a large dining table for six people, a cooking island with all imaginable kitchen appliances and a built-in water filter system. A fully automatic De Longhi coffee machine including coffee is available to guests.
Very good quality WiFi is available and included.
The flat has a large terrace with patio furniture and a large parasol. Barbecue lovers have a large Napoleon gas barbecue at their disposal.
The special feature of this ground floor loft is that it is very centrally located and that it offers a lot of space for up to six people with approx. 170m².
The neighbourhood is very lively and very international. There is a bakery, a food market, a butcher and restaurants nearby. The Königsallee can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. We had a great three nights here. Very clean and spacious and the hosts could not have been nicer! They even delivered us fresh bread in the morning! I’d definitely stay here again. And had every amenity you could need.

This is a rental where the owner moves out when guest move in. The property is nice - there are just a lot of the owners personal things left behind in the unit.
