The direct view of the harbour and the lake behind it conveys a maritime flair.
The terrace with green area is south-facing and furnished with a table, four chairs
and two sun loungers.
The living space of 56 m² is divided into a living/dining area with a kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired,
a separate bedroom and a shower room (with washing machine). The wood-burning stove in the living area creates a cosy atmosphere in the cooler
seasons. All windows and the patio door are fitted with electric insect screens.
Ideal for 2 people, an extra bed for two people is possible in the living room on the sofa bed.
A small natural access to Lake Plau is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m).
Children up to 1 year are not charged if they sleep in their parents' bed.
A cot and a high chair can be booked free of charge. The bed linen as well as pillow and blanket
for the cot are to be brought along.
The harbour village Plau am See is traffic-calmed. A car park is available within sight of the flat, on the edge of the harbour village. Luggage can be transported using the handcart provided.
