We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Toulouse, this charming flat of a surface of 54 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet.
Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room, facing west, of 15 m² including a TV lounge and a dining table.
Access to the balcony overlooking the Brienne canal. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Two bedrooms with double beds (140×190) and dressing room, one facing west with access to the balcony, the other facing east. - A bathroom with shower and double washbasin - A separate toilet Neighbourhood The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment, with a view on the Brienne canal. 15 min walk from the city centre of Toulouse. 10 min walk to the faculties and the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE). 5 min walk from the Toulouse Business School (TBS) and the Faculty of Law.
For visits, you are a stone's throw away from the Place du Capitole, the Place Saint Pierre, the Quai de la Daurade, the Saint Cyprien district, the possibility of taking a boat trip on the Brienne canal, jogging on the banks of the canal.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available near the building.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Compans-Caffarelli metro station at 10 min walk - Nearest train station: Matabiau - Nearest airport: Blagnac (shuttle bus stop 10 min walk away, about 20 min from the airport) - 50 meters from a bicycle station Other remarks : - Wifi (fibre optic) - Netflix and Prime Video included - Sheets and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Frida Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et l'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il était impeccablement propre et les lits étaient très confortables. Accès facile au centre/Capitole à pied et au stade de rugby en taxi. Merci beaucoup!

Frida This was our second time in Toulouse and this apartment was on a street we stayed on before. Easy to walk to the centre but far enough away that it isn’t noisy. Balconies offer great views with shade. How’s was very responsive when we needed help and the apartment was very secure but easy to get in to. Great stay and would definitely book again.
