Holiday home on the outskirts of Hall near Admont with a magnificent view of the Haller Mauern.
Numerous hiking opportunities directly from the house. Our holiday home is located in the so-called Mühlau, a valley closure against the magnificent backdrop of the Haller Mauern.
The view towards the southeast shows the distinctive mountain massif of the Reichensteingruppe.
The Rosina house is the right place for visitors who simply want to switch off and enjoy the beautiful nature! The long-distance hiking trail even passes in front of our house, and you can immediately climb the wonderful Haller Mauern.
For children, our Mühlauer Waterfall also offers the ideal playground! In winter, the cross-country ski trail even passes directly by our Rosina house, and our trails offer all difficulty levels; skaters will also get their money's worth.
For ski tourers, our Haller Mauern are a special experience! Let yourself be enchanted by our surroundings! "Soft" tourism has its advantages in our area! Now for the holiday home! Our Rosina holiday home has approx. 100m2 of living space and offers room for at least 5 people.
The room layout includes a double room, a room with two single beds, and a single room; there is enough space for a cot for infants in the double room! In addition, our holiday home offers a large living room with a beautiful wood-burning stove providing cozy warmth, a communal kitchen, a large hallway, a toilet, and a bathroom with an accessible toilet.
The oil heating system and a room for firewood for our wood-burning stove are located in the basement! The rear entrance can be used barrier-free for wheelchair users; an aluminum ramp with a handrail can be mounted with little effort! In the outdoor area, there is a carport (north) and a wooden shed (west). The outdoor area is protected to the south by a wooden fence and can of course also be used. We hope to have given you a little insight into our Rosina house! Das Haus, die Lage und der Vermieter: ales super. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die WLAN-Verbindung. Diese funktioniert eigentlich nur direkt neben dem Router.
