With a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment "Steinhaus XL" in Valle Aurina/Ahrntal is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a tiled stove as well as a TV with a DVD player.
A shared washing machine can be used for a fee. Furthermore, a shared spa area with a sauna and a whirlpool is available on the property (open from 4 pm until 8 pm, registration required). A high chair is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool, a garden and a barbecue. The area offers free mountain railways from May until June 2023. 12 parking spaces are available on the property and 1 in a garage.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed for a fee. The property has a step-free interior and step-free access.
Please note that bathrobes and towels for the sauna cannot be provided. An electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee. Ski storage is available.

De grote verschillende ruimtes, alles was er wel, het bubbelbad, soms was hij leeg en werd daarna wel gevuld met lekker water, zwembad klein maar wel leuk en mooi gelegen. Mooie planten,
Jammer ,van het alg in het water ,maar geweldige tijd gehad.
Overal om het huis zitjes en banken , op balkons buiten .

Mooie omgeving, vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.
Veel vliegen in huis, te kleine douches die de badkamer onder water zetten. Geschikt voor 2 koppels met kinderen maar niet voor 3 koppels (dan moeten volwassenen in stapelbedden slapen). Foto’s van zwembad zijn misleidend.
