Chalet Magdalena is a pleasant Mediterranean villa located in a quiet area of Cala Sant Vicenç, just a few minutes' walk from its golden sandy coves and crystal-clear waters.
Its bright style, well-utilized outdoor spaces, and proximity to the sea make it an ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing beachside holiday. The property features a private swimming pool, harmoniously integrated into the terrace, perfect for cooling off on warmer days and enjoying the Mediterranean climate in complete privacy. The house is spread over two floors, offering comfortable and well-organized spaces for the whole family.
On the upper floor, you will find the main entrance, which leads to a cozy living room with natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the necessary facilities to cook comfortably during your stay.
On this same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a single bedroom, all of which are bright and well-ventilated.
These rooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway.
Additionally, the single bedroom has direct access to the terrace.
There is also an outdoor toilet with a shower on this floor, very practical after a day at the beach. From the exterior, a staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a second living room, equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker for added convenience.
This floor also has a games room designed especially for the little ones. All bedrooms, except for the single bedroom on the lower floor, are equipped with 24-hour hot/cold air conditioning, ensuring comfort at any time of the year.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi, ideal for leisure as well as for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The exterior is one of Villa Magdalena's main attractions.
The spacious terrace surrounds the house and offers different areas for outdoor enjoyment, including a barbecue area under the veranda and a solarium with pleasant mountain views.
The property also has private parking. Thanks to its excellent location, you can walk to the beaches and, at sunset, discover the restaurants and bars of Cala Sant Vicenç, known for their fresh fish and varied gastronomic offerings.
From here, it is also easy to explore Pollença, Port de Pollença, and other charming villages in the north of the island. Private parking is available in front of the house.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it is also easy to park on the street in the surrounding area. * * * * * Cleaning service and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking.
The tourist tax is included in the online price. The house is spacious and super clean! There are two nearby beaches. Pollensa and Port Pollensa are very close.

The house is amazing and great for its price. It would only use a bathroom renovation.
