Ground floor: large fitted kitchen with dining area on the bar, living room with sitting area and dining area, laundry area (washing machine, ironing board), bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and spa bath.
Upstairs: small relaxation area with sofa bed (supplement €15/night/extra person), master bedroom (bed 140x190) with shower, a double bedroom (bed 140x190) and a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190), a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Utilities (electricity + heating within the limit of normal consumption) will be included in the price of the stay.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Towels extra.
Free public parking in the street.
In the heart of the small town of Bar sur Aube and the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland theme park, come and share a moment with family or friends in this spacious 7/8 person flat close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, McDonald's, cinema, swimming pool and wellness area, etc.).
