Studio located on the second floor of a building without a lift (you have to climb stairs to access it), able to accommodate up to 2 people.
A few steps from the Clock Tower and Piazza dei Signori, in an enviable location.
The apartment is furnished with all comforts, perfect for those who want to visit the city in complete comfort! We are in the ZTL (Limited traffic area), without private parking.
Possibility to park for a fee at the Piazza Insurrezione car park (260 meters away). Studio of 37 square meters located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (you have to go up some stairs to access it). The property is composed as follows: -LIVING ROOM/ BEDROOM with double sofa bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, chest of drawers, a window with a mosquito net; - KITCHEN with induction hob (4 burners), dining table with chairs, kettle, moka, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; -BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.
Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Air conditioning with remote control and heat pump in the living area of the studio flat (located above the dresser next to the kitchenette), Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, independent heating regulated remotely, hot water, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes stand, hairdryer, portable split A / C. Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay PLEASE NOTE:We are in the ZTL (Limited traffic area), without private parking.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm. For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00). It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00 The center of Padua is steeped in history starting right from the astronomical clock.
Just go down the stairs and you will find characteristic or local restaurants just for an aperitif or tasty pastry shops and ice cream parlors The most suitable means of getting around the city center to visit monuments and museums are by bicycle or on foot.
However, the city is equipped with buses and a tram line.
For those arriving at the station the most convenient bus is the number U03, in just 8 minutes from the apartment from where you can visit the most beautiful cities in the area; Venice, Vicenza, Verona, without forgetting Bassano del Grappa, Marostica and many others.

It was a lovely week in the center of Padova. The emplacement of the apartment is just perfect, nearby supermarkets, shops, train station and nice places to visit. We recommend it a lot !!

Monolocale perfettamente situato con tutto l'occorrente per un piacevole soggiorno, oltre a una praticissima comunicazione con Kata. Segnalerei soltanto la caldaia, un po' rumorosa.

Tutto, appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario, molto carino ed accogliente! Lo staff ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli per arrivo.. Posizione ottima e molto in centro Manca la televisione anche se non è così indispensabile
