This cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with living room, lounge and kitchen, a bathroom with toilet.
- Upstairs (spiral staircase): 1 bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed (adjustable to 2 x 80).
You will also have an outdoor laundry room with freezer, washing machine, dryer and a bathroom for returning from the beach.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace at the back of the gîte, a gravelled courtyard facing south/east with garden furniture (in front of the gîte), parking, a garden (in progress) and a shelter. lockable for your bikes. The owners, who live on the estate, give you access to their garden where you can, depending on the season, pick chestnuts or blackberries, or pick apples. This gîte is adjoining the owners' house and 56G17650 with shared parking, laundry room, garden and bike shelter.
No microwave. Set off to explore Pluneret, a green town surrounded by two coastal rivers: the Auray River to the west and the Bono River to the east. From the village of Sainte-Avoye, in the town, take the hiking trail for great discoveries. Don't miss the Bono port with its old suspension bridge and its boat cemetery. Nearby, Sainte Anne d'Auray is worth the detour with its basilica, as well as the Gulf of Morbihan, with its coastal paths, coves and islands. Here, the owners are happy to welcome you to their haven of peace, in all simplicity for lovely moments of sharing and conviviality. They created an eco-responsible place and wanted to breathe new life into as many of the furniture and objects they found as possible. In this same approach, the television is replaced by a beautiful library and board games.
