The flat is located in a new high-quality apartment complex of 6 units only approx. 60 m from the beach. The flat has a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and mountains. A private parking space in the courtyard of the apartment complex saves you having to search for a parking space. And should it get too warm in summer, the complex's own heated pool provides the necessary cooling.

The owners of the flat and the neighbours attach great importance to the restful and relaxing atmosphere of this recreational paradise. Therefore, the flat is not suitable as a "party flat". Please also note that in the period from 01 November to 01 May the pool is not in operation due to maintenance work.

Only 30 km away, in the northern Dalmatian metropolis of Zadar, you will find a wide range of events from classical concerts to summer jazz, transforming the medieval old town into a huge concert hall.
There are several small supermarkets in the town for everyday needs. If you're planning a week's worth of shopping, head to Zadar, where you'll find all the well-known supermarkets and discount stores from Kaufland to Lidl, from Marcado to METRO. And if your loved one just wants to have a look at the Tom Tailor, Bershka, Desigual or PittaRosso sale, head straight to the SUPERNOVA mall.
The transport connections from Maslenica are excellent! You can be on the A1/E71 motorway in less than 5 minutes by car and reach the airport or the metropolis of Zadar in 30 minutes. From here you can also plan a trip to the numerous islands of the Croatian coast, which you can easily reach by ferry from the harbour.
