Apartment Description

Our cozy holiday home has sleeping accommodations for 6 people, a kitchen with a 4-burner cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dining area. You will find an oven in the large shared kitchen, which is located in the main house and can be gladly used.
In the summer, you can also barbecue and relax on the meadow right next door.
Bed linen and towels are available for a small additional charge.

Accommodation Description

Cozy wooden holiday house located directly on the edge of the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park.
Our freshly renovated holiday cottage has been available for our guests since 2018. It offers space for up to 6 people and is simply very cozy. It is heated by an easy-to-maintain pellet stove and has a small bathroom with a toilet and sink; you only need to come to the main house across the yard (approx. 70m) to shower.
In the summer, you can also barbecue and relax on the meadow right next door.
Bed linen and towels are available for a small additional charge.

A laundry package (bed linen, towels, and tea towels) will be provided for an additional charge.

Getting Here

You can reach us from the A1 motorway, take the Hermeskeil exit, drive through Hermeskeil to Züsch,
Immediately after exiting Züsch at the intersection of L165 and L166, turn sharply right and drive via Flur to Rosenhof.

Check-out is daily until 12:00 PM and check-in is from 3:00 PM.
