The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-story apartment building, facing west, offering evening sun and views of the Rhine/Hunsrück from the loggia.
Adjacent to the bright living room is the open-plan bedroom, where you will sleep in a French bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters.
With the balcony door open, you can hear the sound of the Rhine's waves.
Your bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable bicycle cellar, or you can use the city bikes available for rent on-site.
Located in the Hochheim district, in close proximity to Lahnstein (Niederlahnstein), the Maximiliansbrauerei on the Brauwiesen invites you for food and drinks.
A bakery is also about 600 meters away.
Hiking and cycling trails start nearby.
The Koblenz area invites you to experience exciting adventures.
Visit the impressive Ehrenbreitstein Fortress or stroll along the Rhine promenade. Other 2 bicycles are available for use.

The furnished dining area invites you to share meals, and the adjacent loggia is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Rhein. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber komplett ausgestattet. Praktisch sind die kostenlosen Fahrräder, mit denen die Koblenzer Altstadt gut erreichbar ist. Der Check-in über den Schlüsselsafe war problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
