About the villa:
Villa Giulia is located in the well-known holiday resort of Fontane Bianche in the immediate vicinity of the popular beach, which has already won several awards. The sea is only 70 metres away with almost private access away from the main road in a quiet and upmarket residential area.
Villa Giulia impresses with its 1000 m² of well-kept outdoor area, which is furnished with Sicilian palm trees and plants. There is also ample parking space on the property.
In the centre of the garden, which is completely enclosed by a privacy screen, there is a 10x5m outdoor pool with whirlpool. The pool area literally invites you to relax and sunbathe.
Another highlight (currently in planning) is the covered outdoor cocktail bar. Not to be neglected is the outdoor kitchen built in 2023 with pizza oven + BBQ as well as the covered outdoor dining area with enough space for family and friends.
The villa has been completely renovated and modernised inside and out in 2022. From the floor to the modern open-plan kitchen including living-dining area, as well as contemporary electrics (e.g. air conditioning, WLAN, TV, electric swing gate with hands-free system, heating and lighting) and two newly built bathrooms, the entire Villa Giulia shines in new splendour. On the 1st floor, the villa has 5 spacious bedrooms including a 180° outdoor terrace with fantastic sea views. In addition, the famous Etna can be admired from the east side of the terrace, weather permitting.
