The living areas in this Grade II listed property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, two undercounter fridges, an undercounter freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler and dining seating for six with gas flame-effect stove, there is also a sitting area with Smart TV and gas flame-effect stove. The bedrooms consist of a mezzanine king-size with freestanding bath and two doubles with Smart TV and en-suite shower rooms, there is also a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is parking and an enclosed garden. Within 0.1 miles is a shop, 0.5 miles a pub and 1.7 miles a beach. Sorry, no smoking.
