Den bærer preg av å være eid av eldre mennesker og kun være en utleieleilighet.Vi er kjent med dette leilighetskomplekset og området sådan (fra tidligere) og visste hva vi kom til. Hadde vi ikke hatt en relasjon til dette stedet så hadde vi nok vært skuffet over hva vi kom til.
