This spacious 1st floor (with lift) apartment sleeps 5 people.
The residence is family-friendly and is an ideal destination, whether you want an active holiday or just to relax in the beautiful countryside. The L-shaped sitting room has a large wooden sofa, armchairs and a Smart TV. French windows lead out to a private balcony with a table and chairs.
Here guests can enjoy an aperitif, looking out over the gardens and mountains. The wooden dining table seats 6 people and is next to the spacious, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines. Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include an indoor swimming pool and gym. Sleeping Bedroom 1: This cosy bedroom has a double bed, a flat screen TV and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A charming room with 2 wooden, single beds and a wardrobe. Extra: There is a comfortable, single sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom: The charming bathroom, with a wooden cabinet, has a full bath with a shower head, basin and W.C. There are also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.
The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the residence, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks.
The famous Montreux Jazz Festival on the shores of Lake Geneva takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding.
The area is famous for its flora and fauna, particularly the butterflies in the flower-filled alpine meadows.
The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets.
For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes' drive) Geneva Airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

La résidence reste un atout pour un séjour dans la région. Ou inversément ?
Point positif : le personnel rencontré est visiblement de bonne volonté et concerné par le service à rendre.
Le système de réservation (en direct sur le site de la résidence) est efficace et bien suivi avec toutes les informations utiles et un rappel du processus quelques jours avant l'arrivée.
