The owners live at the same address in another house 20 m away, you will share their driveway. On the heights of Binic, a port and seaside town, this pretty, newly renovated maisonette awaits you in a quiet residential area, outside the housing estate. 700 m from the town (many restaurants, bars and shops), the port and the first beach, you will easily walk along the Gr34 path to stroll either towards Pordic or towards Etables sur Mer, superb panoramas in perspective.
