This vacation rental is part of an old farmhouse. The cottage is arranged as follows:
- On the ground floor: a living room with lounge and living room, a small hallway (fairly low ceiling) serving the kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 90 x 190) , a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: a large bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 and two armchairs to admire the view of the gulf.
Outside, you will appreciate the large garden (not closed) of 1000 m² with garden furniture area, deckchairs and plancha. Part of this garden is occupied by an orchard with fruit trees. You will also have a small lockable shed to store your bikes and/or beach/sports gear. You will have a private parking space near the cottage. The owners live nearby (no vis-à-vis between the two houses) Far from the hustle and bustle of the big seaside resorts, come and recharge your batteries with family or friends! Not to be missed a few kilometers away: the Cairn on the island of Gavrinis, Berder Island accessible on foot at low tide, the beaches of Locmiquel and the 7 Islands. To discover the Gulf, at the port, embark on a boat cruise with or without a stopover on the islands. The town is home to beaches, including a small one 100m away, ideal at high tide. 500 m from the cottage, go and taste oysters on an oyster farm with a view of the sea!
