Welcome to a cozy and well-maintained house with a balcony overlooking the Väddö canal in Stockholm's northern archipelago.

The house has three bedrooms, an open floor plan with kitchen and living room in one.

If you want to swim, you take the path down to the large jetty and jump in.

There's a small rowing boat, cozy with a little rowing trip and maybe pull up a couple of perch for dinner.

The plot is huge, you share it with the house 48536 next door, if you are two families you can rent both houses and have a good time together but still live in each house.

The fireplace in the dining area is not allowed to use.

You have your own beach and jetty to swim at, but there are plenty of bathing spots on the mainland or on Väddö, just cross the bridge and swim in the salty waves of the Åland Sea.

There is a lot to do and see on Väddö, have an ice cream in a cozy cafe, buy flatbread in Tomta, or wander around the summer town of Grisslehamn.
