Our holiday flat "Nistkasten" on the large Schwalbenhof in the Spreewald is 160 m² in size and has four bedrooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms.
It can either be rented out in its entirety or, if required, divided into 3 separate rooms with a shared lounge/kitchen area. The rooms are ideal for getting off the saddle for a short time after a long bike ride, for example, so that you can continue your bike tour strengthened after your stay.

You enter the flat at ground level in an anteroom. Here there is a dining table with garden chairs and a swing. The staircase leads to the upper floor with all the other rooms. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, 2 hotplates, a sink, a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table with a corner bench and chairs.

From the kitchen you enter the first bedroom (crane's nest) with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a TV. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin.

From the kitchen you enter the hallway to the other three bedrooms, each of which is also furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. In one bedroom (Adlerhorst) there is also a cot for babies or toddlers (0-4 years).
The second and third bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.

In front of the house is your terrace with garden furniture and a swing. In the garden there is a pavilion with table and chairs, which can also be used by the guests of the other two holiday flats. Sun loungers are available and there are play facilities and toys for smaller children in the courtyard.
You can park your car on the property. Bicycles you bring with you may be locked in.
