The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential neighborhood in Córdoba, offering a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options. The historic center is only 2 km away and easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop located near the apartment.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in Cordoba. The unit was very clean and any issues I had with check-in were easily resolved when I spoke with management over WhatsApp. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable the beds are super comfortable to great central location walkable to cafés and restaurants and supermarkets highly recommend.

O apartamento é muito simpático.
A conversa via email e whatsapp é muito chata, preenchemos tudo quando do reserva, e continuou o pedido de documentação de quem ía para o apartamento.
Estando em viagem queremos desfrutar e não ficar agarrados ao tlm. ;)))
