The sun terrace with pavilion (sun protection) has chairs and sun loungers, pool, from one side mountain view and other side sea view.
The house is located in a
quiet street, 50m to the centre.
In the centre (summer season) you can stroll through the shops.
Or indulge yourself in restaurants.
300m from the house is the beach promenade with beautiful views of the sea.

The town of Bar is 15 km away.
Podgorica airport is 50km away.
Tivat airport is 70km away.
It is best to hire a car at the airport and drive to the house yourself.
So you are mobile and can explore the many great beaches and sights on your own.
In the off-season (autumn, winter, spring) it is nice and quiet in the village.
Pool use only June to the end of September.
The house can be booked all year round. Also for longer stays in spring, autumn and winter.

A final cleaning fee of 60€ and a deposit of 200€ are payable on arrival. The keys will then be handed over. The deposit will be refunded on departure if everything is in order.
Tourist tax must also be paid. Please do this at the tourist office, do not forget your ID/passport. 1€ pers/night /adults, children 0,50 cent.

You can fish at the sea, at the lake and at the river. Everything is possible nearby.

The final cleaning costs 60€ are to be paid on the day of arrival. Then the keys will be handed over.
