Surrounded by a private fenced garden with several plants, the property boasts a gazebo with dining table for 8 people and barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills after a day at the beach.
Among the outdoor spaces there is also a lounge area and a private parking space.

Pets are not allowed. You are welcomed by a lovely open-space living area, furnished with sofa, tv and dining table for 8 people.
Following is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, breakfast table, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster.
From the the kitchen you can directly access the back of the garden where stands the gazebo with dining table and barbecue. Along the wide corridor you will find the sleeping area, made up of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), all equipped with tv and wardrobe. My husband and me stayed in the Villa Perondi together with our friends and spent wonderful 7 nights there. The villa is in walking distance from the sea. All rooms are on the same floor and had everything which we need. The air condition in the sitting room helped us a lot by high summer temprature...
