Saint Jean de la Rivière is a typical Cotentin village, on the west coast of the English Channel, near Barneville-Carteret, a renowned seaside resort offering numerous leisure activities.
At the foot of the railway line linking Carteret to Portbail (10 km) in season, stands this former 1886 level crossing keeper's house.
You may have the pleasure of seeing the Cotentin Tourist Train and its 1950s train pass by!
Green lovers will also be seduced by this address, due to the proximity of the Côte des Isles Golf Course.

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte insolite. Logement plutôt calme malgré son emplacement au ras de la route et bien équipé. Rien ne manque ! Le jardin boisé est très agréable. Plage, commerces et marchés accessibles en vélo. Très belle région à découvrir.Seul petit point à améliorer : la taille de la télévision vraiment petite.

Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Ils ont à cœur que le séjour de leurs locataires se passe le mieux possible.La maison est très agréable avec des chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. L'endroit est calme et reposant. De superbes vacances !

Gite charmant, accueil sympa, gïte assez proche de la plage et en plus un très beau jardin et belle terrasse. Coté cuisine: très bien équippée de tout ce qu´il faut, et plein de fauteuils sur la terrasse pour profiter du jardin. On y est bien!
