Located in a quiet area of Santa Eulália, Albufeira, this property combines comfort and privacy with proximity to local attractions. The bright living room is perfect for spending time together, featuring a comfortable seating area and an integrated dining area.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both with twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, also with twin beds each, and a bathroom with a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience to all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides the ideal space for preparing family meals in a relaxed and functional environment. Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful garden and a large, heated private pool (additional cost), surrounded by a relaxation area perfect for unwinding under the Algarve sun.
There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for pleasant summer dinners. Villa Kailua is situated on a quiet street, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Groups Deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests. An additional charge will apply for the 9th to 12th guest, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
