On the ground floor, you'll discover a spacious living room and dining room that can accommodate 12 people, opening onto a large, enclosed, private garden where you can enjoy meals and barbecues in the sun.
The kitchen is also fully equipped (filter coffee maker included), including an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, and a separate cooking area with a stovetop and oven. The sleeping area features two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), one with a double bed (160 cm), a toilet, and a shower room with a washing machine.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt: ruhig und doch nur 200 m bis zum Strand. Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist gut und zweckmäßig. Einziges Manko: der große, schöne Garten war nicht zu nutzen, da man von Mücken "aufgefressen" wurde.

Maison idéale pour réunir plusieurs familles Grande maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d',espace, de lits et de salles de bain, très adaptée pour réunir une grande famille ou plusieurs familles avec enfants. Situation idéale au calme à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces.
