Large family home with a garden in Hendaye, located a 3-minute walk from the beach and shops, accommodating up to 12 people.
It comprises a living area on the ground floor opening onto a pleasant, enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbors.
The ground floor includes: A double kitchen with a separate cooking area and a preparation area open to the dining room. The cooking area is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner gas hob with extractor hood, a sink, and a worktop with storage. The preparation area includes a sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a worktop with storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes a food processor, juicer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. A dining room for 12 people opens directly onto a sheltered terrace. A double living room features a television area with a soundbar and access to the garden.

Maison idéalement placée à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces d’Hendaye plage. Quartier calme très agréable. Spacieuse, fonctionnelle, l’extérieur est un plus. Cuisine bien équipée et pratique. La literie gagnerait à être changée, car un seul lit double en 160, les autres sont en 140, avec matelas de faible épaisseur.

Tolles Haus für grosse Gruppen. Sehr gut ausgestattet und nahe vom Strand. Bequeme Betten und ein schöner Garten. Das Haus ist noch um einiges schöner als auf den Fotos.
