In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from shops, this pleasant duplex patio villa is situated in a residence with a communal swimming pool.
The ground floor comprises a living room with a sofa bed (130cm) and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden.
There is also a shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a shower room with a toilet. NO TELEVISION IN THE LIVING ROOM! You will only have a small television upstairs in one of the bedrooms. The communal swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th, weather permitting and excluding scheduled annual maintenance. Pets are welcome: a supplement of €39 will be charged for pets. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax by credit card and security deposit by credit card authorization only via a secure SWIKLY link.
Optional services to arrange before arrival: - Sheets, towels, tea towel and bath mat: €20 per person - End-of-stay cleaning included in the price - Mini storage box: €49/week or €10/day, subject to availability. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you. Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also the real vacation, and it's much faster to go to the market.
The cycle path called La Vélodyssée crosses the whole district.
We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.. Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes with 2800 m² of pools. Blue green Seignosse: that's its name.
It is ranked in the top 10 golf courses in France.

La proximité de la plage, l'orientation est, soleil le matin ombre l'après-midi, une petite maison pour surfeurs, le basic mais parfait pour 6 (un grand lit, un canapé convertible, deux lits simples, deux mini matelas), les commerces à 500m à pied.
Il ne faut pas chercher le luxe, ensemble vieilliss...

Rapidité et efficacité d'accueil, emplacement très calme à coté de la plage ,
clé d'entrée ne fonctionne pas très bien , vieux télé , télécommande pas de pile , pas de lave -vaisselle et bouilloire,
Séjour agréable et reposant.

Bel emplacement, pas de vis à vis, environnement agréable et calme.
La piscine est bien entretenue et la fréquentation raisonnable et respectueuse des lieux.
Équipement obsolète : cafetière, TV, parasol, four.
Serrure principale usée et donc difficile à ouvrir et fermer.
Salles d’eau qui méritent un...
