The upper floor hosts an additional double bedroom, along with a generously sized living and dining area featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. An open kitchen is also located on the upper floor, fully equipped for your convenience.
The 2 bathrooms are distributed across both levels, with a shower and WC on the ground floor and a bath and WC on the upper floor. Altes Gebäude mit alten Holzdielen Fußböden. Wir waren im Winter dort die Zentralheizung sorgt für eine Grundtemperierung und der Holzofen war notwendig um das Wohnzimmer auf angenehme Temperaturen zu bringen.

Het huis heeft veel charme en historie. Het huis ligt afgelegen maar een bushalte is vlakbij, waarmee je binnen 15 minuten in Inssbruck bent. Er waren vogels en herten en andere dieren. Het huis ligt tussen een snelweg en een provinciale weg en dat hoor je wel constant, maar het stoorde ons niet te erg. Het vliegverkeer hoor je bijna niet.
Om van de uitrit van het terrein de weg op te komen voelde als russische roulette. Wij konden echt niet op tijd zien wat er links, om de bocht, aankwam aan auto's en motoren. Getoeter en stress als gevolg. Wij hebben de auto verder laten staan daardoor. Bij aankomst moet je ook echt rechtsom de inrit in (kom je van de verkeerde kant: doorrijden en dan omdraaien), dit was ons niet verteld.
