Sehr zentrale Lage, dadurch braucht man innerhalb von Bozen kein Auto. Auch die Bozenkarte ist sehr hilfreich, da Busse umsonst und andere Verkehrsmittel ermäßigt/umsonst. Eintrittspreise für Museum etc. ermäßigt.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm, das Bett und die Ausziehcouch bequem. Die Ausstattung ist ok, es reicht für einfache Gerichte und ein gutes Frühstück.
Einige Küchenutensilien haben gefehlt, wurden aber auf Nachfrage sofort bereitgestellt.
