Stay in this charming 3 bedroomed Victorian townhouse with garden and free parking, just 10 minutes walk from central Chichester. Enjoy fantastic shops, bars and restaurants and the local attractions of Chichester Festival Theatre, Cathedral, and Pallant House Gallery. With on-street parking this is the perfect base to explore the nearby South Downs, Goodwood Estate (horse-racing, Festival of Speed and Revival) and West Witterings beach.
The space
Enter the house into the hallway, with the spacious and tastefully decorated sitting room and dining room on the left. This room is bright and airy with a lovely large bay window with traditional shutters. The sitting room has a large sofa for relaxing with friends and family, and the log burning stove will be a welcome addition for some cosy nights in during the cooler months. From the dining area, walk through into the well-equipped kitchen, which overlooks the lovely garden with a patio and seating area at the end. Upstairs on the first floor is a large double bedroom overlooking the front of the house and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden. Next door to the twin bedroom is the spacious family bathroom, with roll top bath. On the top floor is the large and stylish master bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house. Please note that the basement to this property is also a holiday rental, and there is a staircase linking the two internally which is locked from both ends.
There is permitted on street residents parking at the property. For short stays we provide visitors permits for one car per booking. For longer stays, there is free parking without permits just a few minutes walk away.
Other things to note
* Standard check in time is 4pm onwards and checkout time is before 10am
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.
