The apartment is spacious modern and beautifully furnished and is just a few minutes walk from Nottingham Trent University The Playhouse Theatre Royal and Nottingham Castle. The master bedroom has a large super king-size bed with a wall mounted 42" TV. This bedroom also has its own spacious fully equipped en-suite with a large bathtub shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and has another bathroom directly opposite the room for guests to use. Both bedrooms have a dedicated work station for anyone wishing to work from home. The apartment is situated in the renowned Lace Market area surrounded by local pubs restaurants and convenience stores like Tesco and Sainsbury's. Nottingham's famous market square is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10-minute walk away.
Public transport is easily accessible with buses and trams available to explore the city and surrounding areas. This apartment is located in one of Nottingham's most sought-after areas making it the perfect base for family holidays a couples weekend or business trip. There are board games for guests to enjoy along with complimentary tea and coffee. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
