This tastefully furnished two bedroom (and two bathroom) apartment offers a unique opportunity to stay minutes from one of the best beaches in the UK, in the heart of famous Sandbanks, with the convenience of private parking.
Wake up each morning to sea glimpses from your bed and stroll to one of the several nearby cafes for breakfast. Then you can enjoy the nearby blue flag beach, hire electric bikes or scooters or enjoy paddle boarding, kite surfing or other water sports just minutes away.
The space
Sandbank is home to the rich and famous and known as the most expensive coastal area in the UK and our apartment offers you the opportunity to experience this lifestyle without spending millions!
The apartment is located just minutes from Sandbanks beach which has soft golden sand and is winner of the Blue Flag award for over 30 years. The beach is over 7 miles long and has a 10 mile long traffic free promenade along it which takes you to Bournemouth (3.5 miles) and beyond. Council sponsored Electric bike and scooter hire is available just minutes from the apartment (using a convenient App) and these can be used all over the Poole and Bournemouth area and can be left again at any one of 340 designated spots.
The apartment is perfect for those wanting to explore the Dorset Coast. At the tip of the peninsular, the Sandbanks chain ferry connects you to Studland and lovely countryside, while the iconic yellow foot ferry will take you to National Trust’s Brownsea Island to explore.
Sandbanks is also world renowned for its water sports. The shallow and sheltered harbour on one side of the peninsula is perfect for anyone wanting to learn kitesurfing, kite boarding, windsurfing or trying paddle boarding or kayaking for the first time, while the higher wind and waves on the other side of the peninsula offers a perfect environment for the more experienced. You can hire water sports equipment and get lessons just a couple of hundred yards from the apartment.

The apartment is also perfect for food lovers as it is less than 100 yards from several good cafes/restaurants and from Rick Steins prestigious Sandbanks restaurant (which is not as expensive as you might think - with a 3 course mid week lunch for £27.95).
The apartment itself has a large lounge , with two windows for plenty of light, plus patio doors out to the balcony.
There is a large kitchen with oven, hob , fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave. The kitchen also has two windows offering plenty of light.
The main bedroom has a kings size bed, with a very comfortable mattress and quality bed linen. It also has an en-suite shower room/wc.
The second bedroom has twin beds , which can be made up as a super king size bed on request and again has comfortable mattresses and quality bed linen.
The second bathroom has a bath (with shower over) and wc and is directly opposite the second bedroom.
The lounge, kitchen and main bedroom all have views of the sea between the beachfront houses across the road.
A welcome box of tea, coffee and biscuits is provided for our guests, as well as a cleaning pack with dishwasher tablets, sponges etc. Linen and towels are also included.
We also provide a picnic hamper and beach rug, along with beach chairs and wind break for you to use.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but don’t worry as there is a lift up from your reserved parking space at the rear of the apartment.
