Set in a soothing ambience, this one-bedroom studio for 3 offers a deliciously peaceful break in the green heart of Italy. The apartment is really flexible, suitable for all ages and ideal for family vacations as well as for those looking for quiet holiday homes to work remotely. The ground-floor apartment has a shared pool with sun loungers and an extensive garden with an orchard and olive trees. Inside, guests can enjoy a books library, games selection, music stereo, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi for modern-style entertainment as well. The living room has sofa seating and the apartment’s full kitchen kitchenette provides an effortless self-catering experience. A dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven and fridge with a freezer are available for your convenience.

The holiday apartment is in a quiet location, just a few minutes away from the beautiful Monteleone d'Orvieto and 20 minutes from the major attractions of Umbria, the green heart of Italy. Monteleone’s medieval walls, historical centre, and churches of SS. Apostoli and SS. Crucifisso, all make for interesting cultural and historical visits, meanwhile, the Medieval Torrione (Big tower) is perfect to soak up a sweeping view of Tuscany, Umbria and even Lazio! For lovers of nature, day trips to the pristine Meana Forest and Setti Fratti are about an hour away. If you love picturesque hiking experiences then, Cascate delle Marmore route is also about the same distance. Perugia (and the historical centre of pilgrimage, Assisi) is about 75 minute's drive away. Rome and Florence are between a 1.45-2 hour drive. The nearest international airport is San Francesco d’ Assisi, approximately a 40-minute drive from this vacation rental in San Venanzo. Please note that the pool is open from the 6th of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
