Sea views, thermal waters and room to gather make this house in Forio D'Ischia a distinctive island retreat. Spread over 3 levels, its 320 m² accommodate up to 16 guests, with 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 10 bathrooms.
Natural stone walls, wooden beams, terracotta floors and traditional furniture give the living areas character. Prepare a meal together in the rustic kitchen, equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, then gather around the long dining table or settle by the open fireplace. Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heating and a washing machine are also provided.
Palm trees and flowering plants grow in the 1,500 m² private, fenced garden. The private, secluded 55 m² outdoor pool has massage jets and is open from mid-May to the end of September. On the large terraces, you can dine under parasols while looking towards the sea and green slopes. The small wellness area is fed by warm thermal spring water; there is also a 10 m² indoor pool and a whirlpool bath.
Five bedrooms each have 1 double bed, while the sixth has 2 double beds. Two of the bedrooms with 1 double bed also have 1 single bed each. One bedroom is a passage room, and one has an outside entrance. There are 2 free garage parking spaces on site. Pets are not allowed, the house is non-smoking and youth groups are not accepted. Consumption costs are included.
A restaurant is approximately 100 m away, a spa 90 m away and a beach 330 m away, all measured in a straight line. Elsewhere on Ischia, you could visit Castello Aragonese or hike up Monte Epomeo.

Could do with a complete refurbish. Two rooms had no hot water. Toilet seats missing . Some bathrooms had black mould and needs resealing . Could not cook as cooking equipment dated not even a sharp knife to cut melon. Only three teaspoons . We had seven children . We did not eat in once. The barbec...

Huset har en mycket fin pool (som rengörs varje morgon av person på plats) med flera terrasser för umgänge. Omgivningen och den vackra ön Ischia i stort lyfter hela upplevelsen. Det är ett väldigt stort hus med många spännande detaljer, men lite slitet här och där (vilket märks på priset)
Incheckningen kändes stressad och det var svårt att kommunicera då vår kontakt endast pratade italienska och tyska. Vi fick trots allt snabb hjälp på plats när varmvatten saknades i delar av huset och några lampor inte fungerade.
Flera av rummen kändes fuktiga, kan bero på klimat och att huset ligger längs med ett berg.
