Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

Alternatively, the airport is 27.2km from the property (approximately 26 minutes by car / taxi).


- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to Central Station, from which you can take the underground (line M3) to the "Affori FN" stop, an 11-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 47.4 km from the property (approximately 40 minutes by car / taxi).
