The bedroom has a 140x190 bed and the living room has a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
PLEASE be careful not to make any noise after 10 pm, particularly on the terrace
Parties or social gatherings are not permitted in this accommodation
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment is located on a pedestrian street.
Parking is possible at the Sainte Claire or Chateau underground car parks. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from 9.90€ / person/ day. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
