We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this large flat completely renovated in 2022 in a villa of seaside, along the big beach. With a surface area of 75 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located on the first floor (without lift), it consists of a large living room, an open plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The light-filled accommodation with quadruple exposure is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 30 m² living room with a 180° view on the beach with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, baking sheet, Nespresso coffee maker...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): a queen-size bed (160) and an en-suite bathroom with bath.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be made into a queen-size bed.
- Bedroom 3: one single bed.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- An enclosed garden, shared with another flat in the villa, and partly overlooking the sea with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The flat has its own access to the garden.
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair and cot.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
We recommend a few addresses to discover: La Belle Meunière (pastry shops), La Marinière (restaurant), Le Jardin Délice (restaurant), La Grande brasserie (brasserie), Chipie la Galette (Crêperie).
Activities :
- The beach and "le point plage" (a structure that offers all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings. Many other activities are possible: hiking on the coastal path (GR34), water sports, tennis (300 m), horse riding (riding centre 3 km away), tree climbing (3 km)...
In the vicinity, the not-to-be-missed stops on the Emerald Coast:
- Cap Fréhel, to the west, a site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 metres.
- Not far from there, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the sea.
- A former corsair city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid view of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands are possible. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle.
- Those who enjoy walking or cycling can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
- Another stopover not to be missed is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will show you some of them.
- Among other destinations, the seaside resorts of Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Jacut are less than 30 minutes away, as are Erquy and Les Sables d'Or. Inland, Dinan, Plancoët and Lamballe are full of sightseeing opportunities.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus links to Lamballe, Saint-Malo...
- Nearest train station: Lamballe train station is about 30 minutes away by car and Saint Malo train station is about 40 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 30 minutes away by car.
