Chalet Can Francisco is a splendid four bedroom villa offering stunning mountain views. Located just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and the charming old town of Pollensa, this villa is the perfect combination of modern elegance and traditional charm.



The property features spacious rooms, high ceilings with wooden beams and light coloured walls that create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room, overlooking the lush gardens, is an ideal place to relax. In addition, the huge swimming pool invites you to cool off and enjoy the sun in a quiet and private setting.



The entrance to the villa welcomes you with an incredible pergola of green leaves providing continuous shade on the driveway leading to the house.


With just entering through the front door we can feel the warmth of the place. A large dining room with its table and 6 chairs on the left, a huge living room with comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a chat, read a book or watch a TV programme on the right.



As you arrive at Chalet Can Francisco, you will be greeted by an impressive pergola covered with green leaves that provide continuous shade on the driveway. As you walk through the front door, you immediately feel the warmth and charm of the place. To the left, a spacious dining room with a table and six chairs offers a perfect space for family meals. To the right, a huge living room with comfortable sofas invites you to enjoy a pleasant conversation, read a good book or watch your favourite TV programme.



From the living room, stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find a twin bedroom and a spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower. On the other side of the staircase, there is another double bedroom with beautiful mountain views and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower separated by a door, as well as two washbasins. This floor has an elegant wooden design railing, which offers an open view of the living room. The entire house is decorated with a variety of paintings, from abstracts and landscapes to animal portraits, giving a unique charm to this beautiful villa.



At the top and bottom of the staircase, there is the option to install child safety gates. All bedrooms, the living room and dining room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Following local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning is programmed to operate in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Air conditioning in the lounge and dining room is available at all times. In addition, there is Wi-Fi throughout the house.



The exterior of Chalet Can Francisco is, without a doubt, a unique place. Its beautiful gardens, adorned with trees, plants and palm trees, provide the perfect setting for children to play while the adults enjoy the sun, a game of table tennis or a siesta in the comfortable hammocks. There is no better way to pass the time than enjoying culinary delights on the large barbecue, accompanied by a glass of local wine. The swimming pool, surrounded by a secure barrier, adds the finishing touch to the charm of this beautiful villa.



Chalet Can Francisco is located 5 km from the village of Pollensa and 2 km from Puerto Pollensa, accessible on foot in 25 minutes or by car in just 2 minutes. In Pollensa you will find a variety of shops, a cultural centre, Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes and bars. In addition, traditional shops and churches add to the historic charm of the town. Enjoy the lively evening atmosphere and take part in local activities. On Sundays, don't miss the local farmers' market in the main square, where fresh, local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



Puerto Pollensa's beach is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known to the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
