Excellent emplacement (face mer), quartier prisé.
En revanche, la maison mériterais plus de mise en valeur (aucune décoration intérieur, chambres équipées au minimum, portes qui grincent,etc..). Piscine nettoyée deux fois en 15 jours.
Prix justifié par le quartier et l'emplacement, la maison a beaucoup de potentiel.

Unser Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich in Ordnung.
Allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die doch erwähnenswert sind.
Die benutzte Wäsche der Vormieter wurde nicht abgeholt.
Die Küche bedarf einer Überholung und Reparatur, da ein intensiver Gebrauch nicht zu übersehen war z. B. Eine defekte Schub...
