An oasis above Colico in a beautiful hillside location with a panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountain scenery. Surrounded by a lot of nature, in the neighbourhood Lombardy residential houses. The village and the beaches are about 5 minutes away by car. Garden flat with double room facing the lake and partially covered terrace and garden facing the lake. Idyllic, large garden with many palm trees, fruit trees and flowering shrubs: large outdoor area with furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. On the lake side is the play and sunbathing area with pool and the children's area with children's paddling pool, two
table tennis courts and playground. Below the pool is the holiday home del Sole with four accommodation units. The garden and the pool are shared by the guests of both houses.
The pool is solar heated and extra fenced. The toddlers' pool is max. 35 cm deep, solar heated.
The pool is open from Easter to mid-September depending on the weather, other times on request.
Colico has several stretches of beach, mostly shallow and partly sandy.

Maisonette panoramic holiday flat with 2 sleeping areas:
Via the outside staircase and the large roof terrace with mountain view, you enter the large living area with eat-in kitchen and dining table group, couch set and double sofa bed facing the lake - with panoramic glass door onto the balcony with magnificent lake view.
Sleeping area with double and single bedroom and two bathrooms with round glass shower.
Stairs lead up to the second sleeping level with open roof beams: double bedroom to the lake side and twin bedroom to the garden side, bathroom with vanity/toilet.
The attic has partially restricted room height.
This exceptional holiday flat is also ideal for 2 families and is comfortable in summer and winter thanks to its good insulation.

During the school holidays a family domicile for all generations.
Outside the school holidays, garden lovers get their money's worth.
The owners of the domicile, three friendly brothers, two of whom speak German and English, are available on site.
Recommended from the beginning of May to the end of September and ideal in combination with or in addition to the large holiday flats - or for couples 'on the doorstep'.

The vehicles are parked in the grounds next to the house on illuminated parking spaces.
