The panoramic holiday flat is above the village of Colico in a picturesque hillside location in the pretty hamlet of Villatico.
Enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains in a rural residential area surrounded by lots of nature and local country houses.
On the property above is the holiday rustico Leonardo. From August 2025 until the end of 2026, a house will be built opposite, with regular construction work taking place from the end of August onwards. Numerous bathing possibilities with partly sandy beaches are to the north as well as to the south at the bay Piona, untouched beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary. Surfing and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, as well as electric motor boats are in and around Colico. The holiday home is furnished in Lombard country style and has cotto tile floors. The outside staircase and private entrance leads to the spacious modern living area with kitchen/living room on the side. The living area is separated from the kitchen-living room and has, among other things, a double sofa bed:with a magnificent lake view and large balcony on the lake side. On the garden side is the double room with access to the balcony with a magnificent view of Monte Legnone and the bathroom with shower. Here you can experience a relaxing holiday in a typical Italian ambience and top quality at a reasonable price. The landlord Leonardo is a courteous and discreet landlord who is appreciated by many guests. The quality of the furnishings and care is exemplary.
The panoramic holiday flat is recommended all year round. Your car is parked in the garden. The following services can be booked additionally: - Bed linen €10 per person per stay - Towels €5 per person per stay - Pet €20 flat rate - Baby cot €3 per night - High chair €2 per night The following costs must be paid on site: - Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 16 years of age - Heating according to consumption €1 per m3 A security deposit of €150.00 in cash must be paid on arrival.
The deposit will be returned to you on departure. Services available on request: - Boat mooring - Boat rental - Home-grown fruit/vegetables - Sports equipment storage - Surfboard rental Please contact us or your landlord/property manager. Prachtig uitzicht op het Comomeer vanuit het appartement. Appartement was schoon en netjes.
Parkeren mogelijk op (afgesloten) eigen terrein.
Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg warm. Helaas was er geen Airco (of ventilator) aanwezig.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und gepflegt und die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich. Leider konnten wir kein italienisch aber es hat trotzdem gut funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir hoffen die Vermieter waren auch mit uns zufrieden, obwohl sie am Anfang über die Größe unseres Pudels doch etwas überrascht waren (Großpudel). Aber er hat sich gut benommen.
