With several outdoor areas as a true vacation paradise: The furnished terrace at the entrance to the vacation apartment, the richly planted garden with play and sunbathing area with brick-built dining table, barbecue and sun loungers right on the lake. The large shared lakeside terrace with dining table and sun loungers is the highlight. The name Tivano is known for the wind on Lake Como - your vacation address is also an oasis for a variety of water sports - sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, rowing with a kayak, canoe or simply with an air mattress. A staircase with a garden gate leads to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Breva vacation apartment and above it the Vento-Blu vacation apartment. On the uphill side is the lakeside road. In the neighborhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the shallow natural pebble beach and the lakeside path.
