The house has all the necessary amenities you need inside and out, with a boules court and an authentic Menton "topia", that is, a pergola terrace on the property of the house with a small outdoor area for cooking with the help of a microwave and hotplates. You can easily get to the beautiful pebbly sandy beaches of Menton by car. On the beaches you can relax, play with your children and take to the waves.
