"Auszeit" - the name of our exclusive holiday apartment says it all!
The bright and sunny 2-room apartment with approx. 74 m² of living space contains everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a west-facing (evening sun) 22 m² terrace, a small garden surrounded by a hedge (accessible from the outside through a small garden gate), and a lit barbecue area with a gas grill. In addition to the weatherproof seating area positioned protected under the balcony and an electric awning, two sun loungers including a sun umbrella are available.
The terrace can be accessed from the eat-in kitchen as well as from the living area – a clothes hook (protected under the balcony) for hanging and airing clothes is also provided. Our holiday apartment is fully equipped: Underfloor heating with individual room control Electric towel warmer in the bathroom Ski boot heater and ski rack in the storage room Electric roller shutters in all rooms Decentralized ventilation system with controlled ventilation Underground parking space with radio remote control Storage space for bicycles with a power connection for charging e-bikes Sled available You will want for nothing in our fully equipped kitchen – here you will find: BORA induction hob (ceramic hob) Dishwasher Oven with pyrolysis Fully automatic coffee machine and filter coffee machine Microwave Toaster Kettle Electric hand mixer The kitchen directly adjoins the cozy dining area.
The spacious ambiance with living, cooking, and dining (34 m²) invites you to spend cozy hours.
The adjacent living room is equipped with a 55-inch 4K TV, soundbar, and subwoofer – a high-quality DAB radio with Bluetooth function is also available. From the living room, you can access the adjacent storage room with a washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, clothes rack, and cleaning supplies.
Here you will also find containers for waste separation, space for shoes or hanging options for wet clothes, as well as a ski boot heater and a ski rack. Via the hallway with a coat rack, you enter the bedroom.
It is equipped with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) with two mattresses and a large sliding door wardrobe where you can store plenty of clothes.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price.
The windows in the bedroom are equipped with mosquito nets. Through a glass sliding door, you enter the en-suite bathroom, which is equipped with a barrier-free rain shower, a vanity unit (hair dryer available), a recessed medicine cabinet, and a toilet.
The windows in the bathroom are also equipped with mosquito nets. Dogs (1 x) are welcome and stay free of charge – we kindly ask for advance notice if you wish to bring your four-legged friend.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment itself – however, an ashtray is available on the terrace. Discounts for stays > 7 nights: from 10 nights stay = 10% discount on the rental price from 14 nights stay = 15% discount on the rental price Payment terms: 20% deposit within 1 week after booking 80% final payment 1 week before arrival Attention: The visitor's tax, payable to the municipality, is currently €3.50 for adults aged 17 and over (from 16 years) and €2.25 for children from 7 to under 16 years of age. The modern apartment building (Energy Efficiency House 55), newly built in 2022, is the rearmost of a total of three adjacent houses, each with six residential units, and is located on the northeastern outskirts of Sonthofen, bordering the "Starzlach" stream and meadows crisscrossed with paths towards Burgberg and Winkel. The location promises peace and relaxation – yet bakeries, supermarkets, and shops are just a few minutes' walk away.
The town center of Sonthofen can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. Directly from the house, a "dog walking path" leads along the stream – you can also set off directly via meadow paths for various walks outside the town.
Two cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity (entry to the "Winkel" trail 300 m from the house) and the Ortwanger swimming lake can be reached by bike in a few minutes.

Die Wohnung hat genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos entsprochen. Sie war super sauber, toll eingerichtet... auch die Terrasse und der kleine Garten.... einfach zum wohlfühlen 😊
Es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt. Sogar blitzblanke Hundenäpfe standen auf einer Napfunterlage bereit 😀
