This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the living room has a sofa bed.
You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible behind the building but space is limited.
You can also park on the street or in the public parking next to the building (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.

Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Cependant, mauvaise indication de l’agent, ayant effectué notre entrée concernant le parking, ce qui nous a valu de contravention

L’emplacement, l’espace vie, un bon équipement dans la cuisine.
Negative:
2 étages 1/2 sans ascenseur, Parking de l’immeuble très étroit - moisissures des joints de la douche, bouilloire entartrée, dosettes nespresso laissées dans la cafetière.
