Villa in excellent 1st sea line with direct sea access via a metal ladder. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Egos, 200 metres away, can be reached in a few minutes via a path in the rocks.Egos 89 is a two-storey villa consisting of 2 residential units, 1 of which is rented out.
