Ravell, for 6 people, is located between Cala D'Or and the charming harbour of Porto Petro. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Egos, the centre of Cala Egons with shops, restaurants and supermarkets and the exclusive port of Cala D'Or are 1 km away.
Ravell is a house built in the traditional Ibiza style with a private pool. A few steps lead from the garden to the covered terrace. From here you enter the open-plan living/dining area with a wooden dining table and a cosy, rustic corner with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has a breakfast area and access to the utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Ravell has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, which share a separate bathroom.
From 2024, air conditioning will be installed in the bedrooms, which have a limited and fixed schedule.
The covered terrace overlooks the pool area. The brick barbecue invites you to long barbecue evenings. The rectangular pool offers refreshment on long, hot summer days. A few steps lead from the pool area to the lawn. From here a small narrow path leads to the back of the road and 200 metres away there is a small hidden rocky area where you can swim in the sea with views of Porto Petro in the distance. A parking space for one vehicle is available on the property.
