A 5-minute drive will take you to Porto Colom, and on the road to Porto Colom, you will find the "Vall D'Or Golf" golf course. The traditionally stone-clad house has two floors and is tastefully furnished, with some interior walls clad in stone.

The entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and access to the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and a door arch leads to the dining area overlooking the terraces and the pool.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet with a shower.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom with access to a private terrace and wonderful views.

The third bedroom, also on the first floor, offers two single beds and access to a terrace.

Both bedrooms share a bathroom with heated towel rails.

There is a large swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m, depth 1.00 m to 1.60 m) with steps, as well as a large terrace with sun loungers. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning with set usage times from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels. The owners live in an apartment on the lower floor of the house.
